He was created by Shockwave using a preserved predacon fossil, highly radioactive and designed to take down the king of the dinobots.

Crosshairs redesign
Autobot's cockiest sharpest shooter.
He has a flight mode similar to Tracks. And he loves shooting cons while listening to music.
He's also got a ship, the "Stingray" he built himself.

Decepticon Noir
The silent sharpshooter.
This was originally for Crosshairs, but then I just ended up making an entirely new character, appearance inspired by Spider-Man Noir.
I will make Crosshairs later tho.
