My friend reminded me about how Mashima uses white space. This turned out better than I thought.

Day 2 of me trying to figure out Mashima's style. I have no idea what to do with my brush settings still or how he blends. Will probably draw Erza tomorrow.

I have decided to channel my inner Mashima and learn to draw like him. For the next month at least, I will be doing some sort of drawing (hopefully every day) to track if I'm actually improving. Here is the first day. Went with an easy one with only the face.
