Jujutsu Kaisen S1 (Dub) - 8/10

Dropped the sub as it was airing, so I gave the dub a shot since I could just binge and WOW. Mappa killed it with the animation, the soundtrack kicks ass, the story's solid (minus Yuji just being stupid strong for no reason), and I'm a Gojo simp.

22. Honestly? The fight with Wally on the way to endgame in Gen 3 always stuck with me. Probably because I was a kid with asthma and allergies who wished they could go on some grand adventure.

Though living in a town like Floaroma would probably do more harm for me than good.

16. Agatha, Lance, and Karen all have a style that I adore. But if I have to pick ONE Elite Four member. I'm going full clown and picking the fire man with the clown wig: Flint.

His and Volkner's dynamic in Gen 4 was always so sweet to me, and he's just a fun goof.

14. Character wise? Professor Birch. His intro is so memorable, and his goofy dad energy lends itself to a more fun, casual adventure.

Though Professor Sycamore is the HOTTEST prof in Pokémon, make no mistake. Kukui is good, but this man's drip is on point.

13. Gladion. I haven't played Gen 7, but I know enough about him to know that I love his arc as a character. His theme slaps, his aesthetic is edgy but fun, and LOOK AT THIS ART!!!

12. Hmm. I don't really see the trainers as having major personalities on their own, outside of the gender you don't pick becoming your rival. So this is tricky.

I'd PROBABLY say Gold/Ethan, just because that gen does mean a lot to me, and he's usually shown with Cyndaquil.

11. This one's also tough cause there are a few Gigantamax forms I REALLY love. Blastoise, Pikachu, Alcremie, and Snorlax are great.

But I'm a sucker for the classics. And turning Meowth into a long cat is just. Incredible.
