solid cast, super snappy episodes, and some of my new fav episodes in ultraman, I can't rec this one enough and I'm so happy Max is finally getting more recognition lately

Macross plus ova finished up

one of the best 90s ovas I've ever watched, shinichiro watanabe, keiko nobumoto, and yoko kanno all collide to make a work that goes far beyond what I hoped, and ends with it being my 3rd fav new Watanabe work behind bebop and space dandy

got around to checking out the five star stories ova, def enjoyed it a lot more than I did with l-gaim, and I loved both the crazy high production values next to how it does l-gaim’s concepts

I rec it, sopp is very cute in half of this flick

Shock Troopers

Somehow high school me never played this during the Metal Slug obsession era outside of listening to the OST nonstop so what's the verdict 6 years later?

Short and simple this game is a blast to play and I really loved it, shoutout to Big Mama

KoF 13

gave it a fair bit and it wasn't for me, the visuals and presentation I don't gotta say much if you know even this game but the movesets being cut is a real big shame, the drive systems are interesting

KoF '03

the first KoF i've played so far where I'm conflicted, on one hand the gameplay's bit odd because suddenly its faster, but on the other hand seeing Ash and his gang in action is cool and I'm liking the new saga

7.5/10, pretty fair score all considered

KoF '99

the fallen angels staff made no haste showing their influence on this; the dramatic storytelling, fantastic new characters, and movesets way more to my liking, outside of A+B dash being weird as hell this was a fun one and I'm def hyped to play '00
