Not really plannin on expandin on other characters since it's meant to be a shortish story but ye

Eventually that was scrapped in favor of changing the hue of Sonic (and the other characters to an extent) as a way of visually showing how much their influence has grown over the vessels.

It's the canon reason why Sarah's sonic form changes from norm to rotted

so fun little tibet. The sonic sprite in Needlemouse spouts grey eyes as like a little nod to this one pic in Sonic CD's gallery.

Originally was planning on keeping the grey eyes into season 2, as a means of showing just how more human/ accustomed sarah was becoming
