I love how tender books can be. Like soft wildflowers, like skies full of stars that ask nothing of you—offering you their beauty all the same. Reading feels almost like an antithesis to the ever-hastening hustle of modern day: you're here & listening, exhaling. More than enough.

You guys! #YARC2019 is a thing! Asian literature has always had a soft spot in my heart, and I really want to commit to reading more Asian ownvoices stories this year. I miiight make a blog to collect all my reviews sometime, but for now this will be my official update thread!
