Anyway bottom line is, IMO, Hajime matches the silhouette the closest. I don't know WHY she'd be getting a tanabata lim since her fes+perm2 have very similiar themes, but just looking at the sils this is what i think! So yeah, betting on her but not surprised to see the others

Ryo.... Her bangs are too long and thin to match. I guess it could be a case of art inconsistency so she's still possible, but just from looking at the silhouette rn I do not think it's Ryo

Her bangs are slightly too long to be matching the silhouette... However, because it looks like the silhouette isn't facing us directly, I think it could be a case of the angle hiding them. So, possible! And the little braid(?) on top of the head is very Tsukasa

OPTION C: Mizuki. Her bangs are just too long... a bamboozle due to the angle is possible (Fumika6 flashbacks) buuuut I wouldn't bet on her
