Preview of Titan's Robotech #13 - kicking off our 2nd year of revisionary greatness with (yes!) answers to some of the BIG mysteries surrounding the SDF-1. And more questions too - natch! Out next Wednesday (Oct 10th) in all good comic book stores and online outlets.
I came across these (from TF UK) and realised how late in the day the name change - from Dragon's Teeth to Claws - came. As late as pre-publicising the signings (two in one day - we were full of youthful zeal!) for issue #2! But now I can't imagine it not called Dragon's Claws.
August 15th. Auspicious not because The Vigilant, our Rebellious retinue of revamped UK heroes, or Robotech #12, the third-arc closing morsel of mecha-mayhem, are in store. But because the Brute Force TPB is! Eco-conscious animals with artillery and attitude. What's not to love?
Thanks to all who stopped by at London Film and Comicon to grab free Vigilant posters and listen to me drone on about it. Just a reminder that the issue is in stores on Aug 15th and Simon Coleby and I will be signing at Forbidden Planet London on the 18th. https://t.co/bbzxawtpc3
Out May 9th, in time for FPCB Day (that's Full Price Comic Book Day) - Titan's Robotech #9, my first fully solo outing at the helm. The focus flips to the Zentraedi, as Azonia and Miriya make their debut. But there's action and intrigue aboard the SDF-1 too! Here's a taster...
#6: @THEBRYANHITCH, Andrew Currie and Chris Blythe (colour). (With the actual cover this time!)
Outside of Transformers, the four-issue Annihilation: Ronan mini-series I did for Marvel nearly a decade ago is the most reprinted. Comps for a new Annihilation collection (featuring Ronan) just dropped on my mat. This one's in stores on 25th April if anyone still hasn't read it.
A couple more preview pages from this Wednesday's Robotech #5 - written by me and @brianwood
My first issue of Robotech (#5) goes on sale this Wednesday (Dec 13th) in all good comic stores. And the drama doesn't let up even a bit from the shocking conclusion to #4, as we continue to joyfully subvert everything you think you know about Robotech.
