Added ~50 item textures, Wither skeleton & Magma Cube, Icons (Hearts, Hunger... still need to do the exp bar :D)

Also made the sugar canes 3D, and the water and lava animations (finally.. with animaker :D)

Here're the ores and stone in-game. Whatcha think?
The stone is a pain in the ass to make >.< I edited it ~5 times...
