Went for more of a classic cel-shaded style for this one, so of course messing around with crappy VHS effects was clearly the next sensible step! 👀

Thank you! My friends never understood how terrifying half the life forms in Ecco I and II were (and still are!). Playing now is fine, but man I still feel the goosebumps when the scary enemies come out to play 😱

I feel ya. Smash really went all in with the early art/sprite look that come across a but emotionless in action.
