@artist_ironic Pierre has... an interesting family history... It's part of the reason he's so mature despite being 15. His stepsister Ellie was murdered by his mother (her stepmother) and his stepfather and mother both died in a house fire.
Ellie can still communicate with him though

@artist_ironic As for Charles, Jasper needs a good listener of a friend. Jasper is a fae and he's very, very energetic. He has a lot of kids, but none of them want to listen to his ramblings. He used to be a warrior himself, too, so he can relate to the fighting
