the planet is overwhelmed with thousands of space pirates practically overnight, and they have to get this Chad Fish evacuated as fast as possible

this is where these two come in, because they're pirates too

their newest project is to artificially evolve lesser animals, to see if it's possible to give intelligence to something that never had it

and they pick the most abundant animal on their watery planet, fish
