Sorry for bad quality pic but look at this old drawing I found of Maybelle! My first pass at her design. You can see where the ideas stuck. She changed again a few years later then again to the concept she is now. It's cool to see the progression. #art #characterdesign #drawing

@WinstarArt Maybelle wasn't born into money. In her late 20's her mother finds sudden success in the corporate world, earning a very comfortable salary. At first Maybelle was excited to have everything she's ever wanted but soon finds the pompous, bloated world of the rich to be very boring.

@Auryn1979 Cool theme! The one on the left was a bit of grief for me. It was a commission for a friend but I just couldn't get her look down. She went through several changes before I finally got something I liked.

The one on the right was so easy and just fell out of my stylus lol.
