Called to that Light,
I ask for Your guidance.
Form my life in Your Truth,
my heart in Your Love.
Through the Holy Eucharist,
give me the power of Your Grace
that I may walk in the Light of Jesus
and serve Him faithfully.

Father in Heaven,
You made me Your child
and called me to walk in the Light of Christ.
Free me from darkness
and keep me in the Light of Your Truth.
The Light of Jesus has scattered
the darkness of hatred and sin.

This I resolve and promise to do.
But of what use, O my God,
will all these resolutions and promises be,
if Thou dost not assist me with Thy grace
to put them in practice; that is,
to have recourse to Thee in all dangers?
Ah, Eternal Father! Help me,
for the love of Jesus Christ;

...of again offending Thee.
I will always fly to Thy mercy,
invoking always the most holy names of Jesus and Mary,
with full confidence that when I pray
Thou wilt not fail to give me the strength
which I have not of myself to resist my enemies.

Lord Jesus, may You always love us. May You not give up loving us. May Your love welcome us, Your people, into your Sacred Heart. The doorway through The Almighty Father, with You, and The Holy Spirit, in Your glory and in eternity.

Merciful Jesus,
during Your life on earth
You showed great concern for the sick and the infirm.
Have compassion now on all those
who are sick or in pain.
Grant them a healing of mind and body
and restore their strength and spirit.

Look on me, Lord Jesus Christ,
as Thou didst looked at the thief on his cross
and on every sinner whom Thou hast ever forgiven.

Look on me, merciful Lord,
as Thou didst look on Thy Mother, Mary,
standing in sorrow beneath Thy Cross.
