This has taken me about 4 hours to complete, it feels like the mother of the storm - again inspired by Jupiter
I feel that despite the challenges and blahness I had at the start of the week, I’ve been able to explore new avenues in my artwork.
Here is a picture inspired by the clouds of Jupiter. I really enjoyed doing this so I hope it works!
Tried to do a pattern again its nice to feel a bit more stable again.
Oh thats a horse pun isn’t it? Walked into that one....
Maybe I should look through my copy of The Grammar of Ornament again, it would be interesting to see if that I understand patterns more (these are from last year mostly greco, roman styles)
First attempt of doing an iranian/persian pottery style design after seeing @Alan_Measles photos for #GraysonsArtClub
One of my followers said to me about Flaming June by Frederic Lord Leighton, I had done an attempt in may 2020 (purple) and tried to redo it today (orange version). When I compare this attempts I think that my cloth hasn’t really improved although it has.
Today has definitely been a mixture of lighting and fabric from Rosetti’s paintings...
