But it was crystal clear when special dialog for Oleander (and additional Paprika) was added during Dec 20 2019 - Jan 3 2020 winter event which added new winter and Christmas-related cosmetics. It would trigger if you wore either Mistletoe or Holly, as Oleander or Paprika.

Fun fact of the day, did you know Casheander has been foreshadowed since Sep-Dec 2019? Cash's been trying to get attention from the unicorn since salt overlord was introduced a year ago, by offering different clothes and complimenting her pink highlights. #themsfightinherds
