prinka's a dj working at the heartbreak hotel. they're peg's only friend, and don't really know what's going on. it's all about the music! they're in love with sera, from the same village as her and used to work in her shop, and later on agree to give spade's music a try.
sera is a candyshop owner. after her village is destroyed by clover, she tracks down the house of cards to yell at their doorstep since they won't return her strongly worded letters. she's thrown on the train to nowheresville in return. later it's revealed that she's a spade stan
felix is a scientist working on a method of clean air supply. he's contacted by the house of cards, and told to bring himself and all his prototypes to them for mass production. instead, he's trapped on the train to nowheresville, where they want him to rot with all his work.
