/3 The long lines of pipes, lights and tiles project out from the horizon point deep in the back. There is little chaos within the built environment. Repetitious patterns are everywhere. It contrasts starkly the chaos of the strange entities inhabiting this scene.

This is #11 of a collection of photos taken of a place called Dreamland that is filled with strange and cognition bending entities in familiar places.

/4 In the center of the piece is a tussle between two of main figures (left offscreen and below). They are in a negotiation of energy transfer at the moment the snapshot was taken. It's a playful spin of The Creation of Adam.

/3 The forms have clear boundaries around each of them, and are made of two groups of tonalities - deeply shaded and brightly colored. They give the impression of depth. The orange duck bill on the front of this shape points the viewer towards safety.

𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐎𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐲

I saw so many places and people and things. They were strange and wholesome, but could turn on a dime. It was always tense.

But there is a pattern to it's charm. It is endless novelty. A machine of new ideas. That's what we're documenting.

/6 Perfectly realistic shadows and barriers give the illusion of reality.

But even your eyes deceive you. There is no shadow for the bar of light on the right (image below).

The steel barrier is used as a symbol to prevent you from understanding the truth.

Side Of The Highway has just sold for 40 SOL ($2,044.4) on @exchgART . This piece is historically important as it was in the very first auction (October 27, 2021) of Sleepr.

It's an early work showing that signature style - the orderly hallucination.

/7 In the sky is a central figure flying through the air, with a collection of smaller entities following. They act as prompts for the viewer to engage in the dreaming process.

The artwork is a practice space for showing principles of how the world at large operates.
