(5. Grimmsnarl. This is another that's theme related. Grimmsnarl has False Surrender, a move to deceive it's opponent. Betty deceives her victims/opponents before overpowering them with Fear, like how Grimmsnarl can overpower a Machamp, not in strength, but in it's tactics.)

(4. Malamar. While there isn't an ability reason, there IS a theme reason. Malamar are said to have affected History changing events. In my eyes, the creation of Betty IS a history changing event in Glitchtale's context. Without Agate, she wouldn't have existed.)

(3. Chandelure. The pokemon that can literally damn souls. Why have Kumu eat the souls when you can send sick fucks into wandering without bodies forever as punishment?)

(2. Hisuian Zoroark. I have to ask, does this count? I mean, if it doesn't, original Zoroark. I haven't even played Legends: Arceus yet, but even then, Zoroark has illusions, Betty has illusions in Glitchtale. You see the connection?)
