I've decided to redraw that illustration that's been weighing on my mind all this time! I fixed the parts that bothered me hehe. This time, since I've already done the line art and have the energy to spare, I want to animate it in Spine.
I wanted to share my favorite way to apply effects, so I'll share it here. It's simple since it only uses three blending modes, and it's truly my favorite.
I found Shirowani's first design, and it was so cute yet cool I screamed.
Looking at my old art style is fun because it reminds me of what I was aiming for back then.
I improved a lot of things since the last time and drew a new chibi. I tried to make it simple but with just the right amount of information.
