THIS was the nuance the 1st season was severely lacking in my eyes. NOMAD's first 2 episodes are more Ashita no Joe-esque than anything from the 1st season, and I'm so happy to see that

It's honestly a mirror to Post-Rikishi Ashita no Joe, which, imo, was the best stretch of AnJ
