More facial expression progress of MegaMan.EXE V2! (1/2)

Since my Steam account got hacked, I decided to work on MegaMan.EXE V2 under the meantime. This model is an edited version from SSBU with edited face and normals.
I will be using the original Eye models for shape keys movement instead of moving textures such as QC Eyes

So I did some progress on my custom Gallade model where I added an skeleton/armature to the model and rigged the whole upper body for him to move, but I don't know how I am suppose to rig his hips...
