Timbre is an enormous wooden resident of one of the last towns from 100 OCs 2019. She is almost the entirety of a clock: the clock tower that was cursed was compressed into this form, leaving only the structure and the clock face with no internal mechanisms.

Charlie's purpose is to be a defender for the masses. She conceals all sorts of weapons and gadgets within her petite frame, but maintaining all of those requires a lot of energy. In fact she can only remain fully operational for 30 mins for every 2 hours of charging.
