Koushin Koinu ni Koibumi wo (行進子犬に恋文を) by Tamasaki Tama. Serialized in Ichijinsha's Comic Yuri Hime. There's four volumes out so far, and I've been told the fifth will probably be the finale so I guess this is as good a time as any to get started.
