soo im doing dnd for the first time, and since i cant draw the character i want to make so i decided to model him, here is "Frân" a skeleton disguising as a scarecrow (ignore funky shader messing up the head)

also props to @ReikoRobo for sketching the design i went with after i described this absolute goon in detail, it helped a fair bit when shaping out the man

also glacius and cinder got to look way more fleshed out, in the classic they both just looked like dudes in morph suits, but glacius has more alien features like neck gills (?) and cinder got actual armor for his fire skin
