Thank you loved sharks since a young child - was meant to do PhD in Carboniferous sharks in early 80’s but became a geological & children’s non fiction illustrator instead

Yes similar but tend to say ‘autistic plus’ as I’m +dyslexic +PTSD +synaesthetic & more than likely ADHD too but that’s self-dx +artist lol

Started drawing aged 5 but was told at school in 1970 I was too stupid to write

Started when 39 & won international competition with 4th poem - told by then ‘Poet Laureate’ to promise him I’d never to stop
