@Colin_TBTAMC An unusual story in the series, too. I've always liked this uncharacteristic sequence, where there's a "freeze frame" followed by reverse-movement, as if we were watching a movie with a voiceover.
A pleasure to hear and review this excellent tape by my good friend @SnatchTapes.
"An intelligent, informed recasting of selected moments from pop/rock music history into new and exciting forms."

@Andr6wMale From a short-lived American label reissuing Old Timey music. They had the good sense to ask Robert Crumb to draw their label. He did the lettering too, natch.
My first blog post of the year, but since I received these albums in April 2021, I'm still catching up with "lockdown" records. These five from French label Circum-Disc. https://t.co/NTFHljrp7Z
For final show this @ResonanceFM season, TSP Radio tonite will be my usual annual survey of well-known and obscure 1960s music - psychedelic rock, harmony pop, garage bands, and such like. Here's an old drawing of mine to mark the occasion. Tune in 17:30!
For today's reviewed item, may we recommend this uncategorisable work of surreal genius. Fans of the Zeuhl genre will find a home here, likewise readers of Edgar Allan Poe (Frajerman has a literary bent).

A few album covers from rock history, using the "Life is a Circus" metaphor. Credits: Alan Aldridge; Martin Springett; Joel Brodsky; Bryce Attwell.
In 1988, I tried doing hand-separated colour covers. Read about it at https://t.co/ATzp3aEze3 and https://t.co/CkeKzP0gyE
My Club Dog story. I remember it fondly as my first paid illustration work, and my first time getting bootlegged. Full story here. https://t.co/Rv2yWWpoO1
Another new home podcast from me on @ResonanceFM tonight at 17:30. Leading off with "hard, fast, blackened grindcore" group Vomit Fist from NY. This in untypical of rest of the show, but I can't resist a good doomy image.
