This is Felitia. I always forget about her. She's a fortune teller and distantly related to Erilin and Shilven (their ancestors were sisters). She's a descendant of the people from the center continent that fell into the ocean a long time ago. She's ~*special*~

He inherited 3 types of magic from his parents (metal, fire, and light), while most people can only use one or two. Unlike his sister, he's good with magic because his parents were actually alive to teach him as a kid.
