Oyster catcher, what’s on your mind?
New #painting of an oyster catcher inspired by encounters while climbing rocks on the beach.

Right around sunset, dozens and dozens of crows and ravens gather in a field nearby before they all fly off to their night roosts. On the way there, they fly through the palm trees and it’s an absolutely thrilling experience to watch.
This #watercolor is a study of that moment.
Still drying. But today’s moment of clarity…

The one and only unicorn.
Latest burst of color but this is just a sketch. Though it looks quite nice all matted up.

2023 is the year of the rabbit!
That means it's my year.
Hello to all the other rabbits out there 😀
Featured here a little painting from the archives: Jack - pastel on board
New year, new style. 2023 is going to be a very colorful year.
Happy New Year! This year I plan on exploring some new ideas and sharing a lot more art - it might be daily, or maybe more than daily, but for sure it will be #365daysofart & color. So much color. Hope you’ll join me
Sometimes you just need a happy frog in your life…

It's #seaotterawarenessweek! Sea Otters almost went extinct because people thought their fur looked better on them rather than on otters. Thankfully, people are a bit smarter these days & the otter fur trade is now illegal giving this keystone species a chance to exist in 2022!
