She's an Ushi-oni, but based off of a tale of a woman who asks a passerby to hold her baby, it turns to stone, and ushi-oni come and attack from water. I wanted to draw that scenario~

For some reason I REALLY wanted to draw Nora in a fancy dress. So I just improvised some fancy gown and put Nora in it PFF
