Thank you so much to all you folks for following along again this year. It is a pleasure communicating with you world wide on a daily basis. Regardless of your beliefs, religion, or race, may you all have a wonderful holiday season with family and friends despite the bad weather.
Yesterday morning I finally had my bad tooth extracted and was simply feeling miserable for the rest of the day, so today I will be posting file pictures. After spending a fortune on a root canal and two crowns I finally lost this old tooth.
Heading out for another day of fishing from Summerside near Cow Head.
A baby seal on the sea ice near St. Anthony in northern Newfoundland. They are born on ice flows and remain on them nursing until they begin swimming.
The Mrs. speaking to a farmer on the Main Street of Trout River with his beloved old horse pulling a hay wagon. Sadly, both the farmer and his horse have passed away now.
A male caribou taken near the lighthouse at Point Riche near Port au Choix.
Did you see the wonderful painting done by Sam Rose from a photograph I took at Woody Point a few days ago. He is a wonderful Newfoundland artist who often paints my photos. This is his second in 2021 already. Check his site for other great paintings of Newfoundland. @art_colored
Have you seen this lovely painting done by the talented artist Pam Marchant of one of my pictures. Over the years she has painted many of my photographs and they are all just wonderful. Please visit her site for more great art. @PamMarchantArt
Another wonderful painting from one of my photos of fishing boats in Cow Head harbour just as the sea ice begins to break up. Check out Dawn’s site for other works of hers @dawnymock
