Early 2018
This was an exciting year because I just got the iPad Pro so I became an procreate FIEND. But here I am starting to transition to vld. the lance drawing is my first drawing on twitter to break 1k likes and it was so exciting for me!
Late 2017
Yeah so in conclusion it was an entire year of Miraculous ladybug. but i definitely think there is a ton of progress! especially if you compare how I drew the characters earlier in the year vs at the end
Mid 2017
Really like the lighting I did with the magical girl one. I had to include that drawing of plagg in this because that's from a dumb ML comic i sketched up that broke 10k notes (comedy really appeals to people!!). Also i LOVED doing those ML anastasia redraws!
Early 2017
Still exploring new stuff like painting and lineless art. I remember wanting to use photoshop because I thought if you used PS then you were cool (which is false!) so the last two pics were done in PS. yeah i had a lot of fun! ML inspired me a lot
Late 2016
Ah my miraculous ladybug phase. But I have to give it to this fandom because it opened a lot of doors for me. my art was being noticed and it was a big boost of confidence! I think by the end of this year my style was set in stone. really loved playing with lighting
Early - Mid 2016
This is when I finally started to get notes on my art and it was the most exciting thing. The stevonnie piece was my first artwork that broke 1k notes and the ML one is the second. I felt like I was really honing my own style now but I was still exploring!
Late 2015
Yup so much more fun with color; it was great! I'd probably say this year was the fastest I've grown, or at least it was the most apparent to me. I think it helped having so much free time to research stuff since I was in high school and not yet college
Mid 2015
I’d say i made leaps and bounds this year with pretty much everything? I think the anatomy improvement is clear, color for sure is definitely better. Progress!!!
Early 2015
I drew a LOT this year and I really owe it to gravity falls and steven universe. They were my biggest sources of inspiration and i explored a lot of new art stuff using those shows as my subjects. This year i focused a lot more on coloring too!
2014
you can kind of see my style starting to kick in? i was trying hard to do a disney-esque look. the frozen profiles are...Bad but i was excited cause i was drawing braids which i'd never done! the lorna and wirt one was a big fave for a while too. Overall an exciting year!
