IT'S HUGE. IT'S COLORFUL. IT GLOWS. IT FLIES INTO OUTER SPACE. Major rasengan flashbacks, +2. It makes our banana boy Realize how dang cool his dad is. Deals the final blow, and the leadup is action-filled and intense. I give it a 9/10
