I get a lot of people saying my animal mascots are Pokemon/Neopets/etc. Both of them have a very heavy influence on my characters, but I can't consider either of them as such. (would be awesome though, ngl)

The whole "Pepe le Pew" drama seems pointless when you consider that Fifi and Furrball, a reversal of Pepe and Penelope (the cat) did literally the same running gag. Made by Warner Bros. also. Wouldn't Fifi get the same scrutiny as being invasive towards a male character?
