Usually there's a reason when my symptoms are worse - insomnia, overdoing it, hormones, other illness, etc. However, not having worked out the reason for current symptoms doesn't mean they aren't real. Believing myself is still a work in progress. #neisvoid #Hypermobility #PoTS
Many disabilities are not obvious. This doesn't make them fake. Even if you can't see s/ones disability, listen to their needs and respect their use of priority seats, blue badge parking, or accessible toilets.
