Dalí was a Spanish surrealist artist renowned for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship, and the striking and bizarre images in his work.

Our ‘Artist of the Month’ is Japanese wood block artist, Katsushika Hokusai. His most famous work of art is called the Great Wave, which has been reinterpreted in many forms since its creation ➡️🌊 Hokusai also made numerous snowy winters scenes, perfect for this time of year!
Our 'Artist of the Month' for October is the William Blake (1757-1827). As well as being a painter, Blake was also a famous poet and printmaker. He is considered an important figre in the arts of the Romantic Age. See a Blake painting up close here https://t.co/PDL7VWnA4m
Our 'Artist of the Month' for September is the Dutch Baroque painter Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675). Vermeer is particularly well known for 'The Girl with the Pearl Earring', which inspired a recent novel and film. You can see more of his work here https://t.co/2P5mPZKVds
