Ooooh another one for today, it’s the Page of Wands as Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse!
And now we have the Five of Pentacles as represented by Short Term 12: great imagery for the typically iconography of this card!
The figure is Justice is often depicted as a woman, so how about this time we make it not just one, but two? Here’s the card for Justice as represented by The Handmaiden!
A childhood favourite that definitely holds up (and the artwork within is soooo stunning!): it’s The Hermit as The Hunchback of Norte Dame.
A similar color palette to my last card, huh? But a very different mood. It’s the grief card, 5 of Cups, as the literal manifestation of grief: The Babadook!
The first time I watched this movie it made me have an anxiety attack about my life, and then I proceeded to watch it 3 more times within the next couple months, so figure that one out... anyways, it’s the Wheel of Fortune as Inside Llewyn Davis!
Certainly a challenge to try and do something animated in the same style as the rest, and maybe it’s not eaaaaxctly the same but that’s okay. The Six of Swords as Spirited Away!
The equal tracking of the title below the card name looks like the credits/title cards in The Favourite... can’t say I love it but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It’s the King of Cups as Mud! My mom loves this movie!
