it’s really funny to me that atlus feels this compulsion to redraw its own protagonists to be more heroic and handsome looking
interestingly, it looks like the GUI mockups for Persona 3's battle screen (found as leftovers in the game's files) contain mockups for not only Minato's final appearance, but his initial concept design as well. I wonder if they were made before his look was finalized.
