If we look at the cover art again, the snow are heavily piled up over the plant yet the flowers are still blooming and still lives.

Let's start with the background. It might seem like an ordinary white background but if you look at it closely, it is in fact, a pile of snow. And naturally, we probably know by now that Yuki(ne) means snow.
