Standing at 10ft tall, Shibo Awadatsu was a filthy rich man with a terrifying appetite. Using his own family's fortune, he was obsessed with dining on the finest dishes from every corner of the globe.

Years ago, she was determined to claim Earth, but to her surprise/annoyance, a talking dog found a group of magical girls to stop her plans on a weekly basis. Time after time, the Shining Miracles got in her way & after many failures, she decided to come down & face them herself.

It's time again for another villainess introduction:

Her name is Madame Dust, an evil empress & former CEO of the Stardust Empire. Under her strict leadership, she claimed countless planets, expanding her business & making a profit off the lives of many.

-She loves meat & BBQ
-She loves animals, but has had many bad encounters with dogs
-Nico & Tomoko become good friends, despite their rivalry
-She's a fan of Tomoko's parent's manga series
