I spent 1hr last night messin with brush settings so I could mimic how I draw traditionally (teal, pink, purple, and light yellow colored pencils + white gel pen + black fine liner) and ngl I think I nailed it

Obvs more saturated, here’s an actual trad doodle for comparison

wait hold on can we talk about my progress real fast because wow, like, not to toot my own horn but I'm getting real good at nailing likenesses in stylized portraits
... obviously my niche is men who look vaguely worried and/or internally tortured

also on the subject of old art (even though this is from last year and doesn't really count) I'm still mad the best shoulder and arm I ever drew is in a slutty doodle done specifically to see the character wet

Wait, speaking of Transformers- I DID do one (1) single piece of art in... uh... god. 2012? I think? Maybe 2013. TF Prime was big, and so were humanformers, so I tried my hand at a KO one.

It got no traction on tumbles because I wasn't a cool kid, and I never tried again LOL
