Every time I reread this particular scene/dialogue exchange in Tethered Spirits, I immediately picture that clip of Sokka in the library episode of ATLA, and I kind of love it.

With all this exciting Tethered Spirits stuff coming up, now seems like a good time to share these character portraits again. These were all done by the lovely and incredibly talented @xephtastic. She seriously captured all of their personalities so well. I love them. 💚

Talking to my daughter while trying to outline this book and figure out a section in Kesari's POV.

Me: Hey, I think you locked Kes in the closet. Can you let her out?
Her: Who?
Me: ......
Me: Oh, sorry. I meant Tess.

Anyone want to make some assumptions about Kesari?
