@Drastic_Tea Its a world during 2077 that diverged in the 40s. It has the retro aesthetic of the 40s-60s with some music and weapons from 1970 and onward.
It would not look like this. Especially when Bakersfield (Necropolis, North of L.A) looks like this.
L.A is also called the boneyard.
