Got beat up by a shiny Bulbasaur at the Lake of Rage (he replaced the Red Gyarados), but I added him to my team afterwards cuz I liked his attitude. I also got KO'd by a Spheal at some point? Idk how that happened, but I'm always happy to draw Spheal.

Way fewer drawings than usual tonight, partially because I spent a bunch of time doing side content (sports!) and exploring areas with weaker pokemon, but mostly because the biggest threat was this one evil Heracross who was 10-15 levels above me.

Lasted quite a while without any slip-ups tonight - not sure if I was managing to keep my hubris in check, or if my team was just less under-leveled this time.
(I DID go out of my way to throw on purpose against the Ditto. it had to be done.)

I don't know who keeps handing out pseudo-legendaries to children who refer to themselves as "Internet Cats", but I'd appreciate it if they stopped. Had a lot of really close calls tonight (and did a lot of drawing as a result)!

Running into a Lv2 Garchomp shouldn't be THAT scary, but when it has a move that always does 40 damage and none of your pokemon even HAVE that much HP to begin with, things get a bit more dire.

(The style/quality is gonna fluctuate a lot here, FYI)
