Jiā Nuò is the Head of Queen Mother's maidens, she was assigned by Queen Mother to look after Lì Kāng. As a result, Jiā and Kāng were inseparable sisters.

Queen Mother of the West's abode (Jade Emperor's wife). A group of Heavenly Maidens came upon Lì Kāng's arrival, gently introducing themselves to her and guide her to what awaits the Goddess of immortality, Queen Mother.

When Lì Kāng was born, she wasn't born as a baby but as a child.
