Her withdrawn son who never really opens up suddenly started painting pictures of a young man after they got back home from Egypt. He's been obsessing over him for a year. Noriaki prolly never mentions his name to them and only refer the subject of his works as 'him'.
Mrs. Kakyoin must've felt horrible when Noriaki started obsessing over transferring to a different school. She prolly was against it first but supported it cause maybe he wanted a new environment. She wanted the best for him esp when she saw the practice paintings in his room...
Kakyoin will be there for Jotaro. He will hand him an airplane ticket, a cable car, or a train one so they can go home together. Jotaro would not be able to hold back his tears, laughter, and pick up Kakyoin like this again.

@kaikyoiin @rrbonapett Other than the game, the fight with Lovers strongly showed their relationship. The Lovers tarot card symbolizes the forming of a bond between people. This means at this point Jotaro and Kakyoin has an unspoken bond and they know what is the other one thinking even from far away.
