@GraboJonathan It's... wonky. Shiva was the leader of the League of Shadows in Detective Comics, and then a while later in Event Leviathan Talia said she was the leader, but we never saw when or how the handover happened.

(I have a sneaking suspicion the writer doesn't know the difference)
