Another #DnD character I'll be playing soon! Valamin is a warlock bonded to an extraplanar demon who is unjustly stuck in celestial prison. Though the connection gives them magical abilities, they also feel the demon's pain. They might even sympathize with its cause.
The walker was built as a monument, not a weapon. But if it's big enough to host a whole ecosystem of invasive plant species and heavy enough to flatten the city it's walking towards, it was only a matter of time before someone with a strong arm was asked to turn it off.
