Continuing my practice of PC88/98 look. I did a trace-over image this time (based on Nichijou) mainly because I wanted to practice 2 things:
1. Backgrounds
2. Using only 8 colors

I also feel like I should start introducing more OC's ive got in my library, so let's start off with Haley!
