Apparently McFarlane Toys is making a 'retro-style' Darkseid figure with the Jim Lee/New 52 redesign, and I saw some toy youtubers trying to fall over backwards calling it a classic design, and "Kirby-esque".

My eyes could not roll back far enough.

Everyone's talking about how Top Gun: Maverick is a rare "decades later" sequel that is actually good...

And, well, it's no surprise. Director Joseph Kosinski has some expertise in that area...

Reminds me of Steppenwolf in the New 52 despite Izaya killing him also being part of why he became Highfather.

But Didio and Giffen tried to retcon an explanation being "Well, Izaya basically never learned his lesson and became a facist".

Wonder if this will do anything similar

I feel like Bloodshot gets lost in the shuffle when discussing Sony and their new penchant for making superhero films that feel like early 2000s-era throwbacks.

Honestly, it could have been the best solo Sony superhero movie...if the ending didn't cheap out, story-wise.
